"We have two dogs, Beasley and Abby, well...had two dogs. Our sixteen year old Border Collie mix was put to rest on September 3, 2020. It has taken me a little while to write a review because we have struggled through this loss, as many of you have gone through yourselves. What I would like to say is that if it were not for the staff, from front desk Angie, to Dr. Laurie, and all wonderful caring associates, Steve and I would not have made it through that day. They have taken such great care of our furry family members since moving to Waukegan 4 years ago. Abby had monthly visits due to Addison’s disease so they met us with a smile and friendly optimism every time. I thank God for these people! Thank you for reading, Vickie Papenfuss"
